At EBMINI®, we aim to ship every order carefully, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the information about order processing, delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking.


⏱ 1. Order Processing Time (1–2 Business Days)

Once your order is placed:

  • We review your order

  • A quality check is performed

  • Your items are carefully packed

  • The order is forwarded to our logistics center

In most cases, orders are processed within 12–36 hours and prepared for shipment.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

🇨🇦 Canada

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or major sales events.
If delays occur, we always communicate transparently via email.

Our regular shipping partners include DHL, USPS, UPS, and Canada Post, depending on the destination and local carrier handoff.

📅 Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing:

When will my tracking number start working?

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to appear or update in the carrier’s system.

⛔ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this time, the order is already being processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
You can, however, return the package after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.


🔍 Where Is My Package?

You can track your package at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, if one item requires additional processing time).
If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.


📦 Delivery Issues

Please contact us if:

  • Your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time

  • Tracking information is not updating

  • The carrier marks the package as delivered, but you have not received it
