Right of Withdrawal – EBMINI® Children’s Barefoot Shoes

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the last item of your order.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

Please always include your order number in your message.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

Alternatively, you may submit your withdrawal electronically via the contact form on our website.
In this case, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please note: returns must always be registered in advance with our customer service so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unannounced returns may not be processed correctly.

Important Notes on Returns

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In particular for children’s shoes and barefoot shoes:

  • Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface

  • Shoes must not show signs of outdoor use, wear, dirt, or damage

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

  • That are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • That are sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery

General Return Guidelines

  1. Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
    Return items in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components, if possible.

  2. Please do not send items back freight collect.

  3. Compliance with the above points is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Voluntary Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer an extended 30-day return policy.

This extended return policy applies only to unused goods.
Unused means that the item has not been worn or used beyond a brief indoor fitting and remains in its original condition.

If an item has been used beyond simple inspection, a return may be accepted subject to an appropriate reduction in value, depending on the condition of the returned product.

This extended return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal.
